Privacy notice
When you send us an enquiry, you trust us with a few details about yourself. Here is exactly what we do with them — and what we will never do.

Who processes your data

What we collect and why
Only what you fill in yourself in the enquiry form, or tell us over the phone:

Our legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — you are approaching us with an enquiry, and without these details we cannot reply or come out to survey the site.
If the enquiry becomes a job, we continue processing on the basis of performing that contract and then to meet legal obligations (accounting, warranty, inspection documentation).
How long we keep it
- Enquiry that went nowhere: 6 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Completed job: for the warranty period and then as required by Czech accounting and tax law (typically 10 years).
- Inspection report and installation documentation: for the lifetime of the installation — it is the proof that the electrical work is safe, and you or your insurer may need it.
Who else sees it
We do not sell it and we do not pass it on for anyone else's marketing. It reaches only those without whom the job cannot happen:
- The partner electrician and inspection technician carrying out the installation — they receive your name, address, phone and the technical description.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) — hosts the website and the storage where enquiries from the form are saved. Transfers outside the EU are covered by standard contractual clauses.
- The electricity distributor (PREdistribuce) — only if we file a connection or capacity-increase request on your behalf, and only to the extent required.
- Our accountant, and where necessary a legal representative — for completed jobs, within the scope of tax documents.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers — fonts and images are hosted here, so simply opening the page tells no one else about your visit.
This site currently performs no analytics at all — no measurement code loads and no cookie is set.
When we do switch analytics on, it will run only after you consent: a banner will appear at the bottom, and until you click “Agree” nothing loads. We will update this page at that point so it matches reality.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and receive a copy,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- request erasure where we no longer have grounds to keep it,
- restrict processing or object to it,
- receive your data in a machine-readable format,
- lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe we are handling your data wrongly.
Just write to info@nabijecky-praha.cz. We reply within one month.
Automated decision-making
None. Quotes and scheduling are decided by a person.
